These require much in house effort to make this determination, so a minimum service charge has to be made depending on time involved in making this determination. This service charge can range from Zero to half the rebuild cost.

How to send your motor
Send your motor to us when you can, at the address below, with a printed copy of the repair form.
Packing & shipping
Be sure to pack your motor well and ship it to us. UPS or FedEx Ground are the most popular for motors under 100 pounds. Motors over 100 pounds can be shipped by carrier of your choice.
Insure your shipment. Please insure your package for the full value of your motor. Eurton Electric is not responsible for motors lost or damaged in shipping to our shop.
Payment
Payment by credit card when the motor is complete and ready to return. We will email you a payment link.
Normal turnaround time
7-10 days here. Overtime services available.

Occasionally, a motor may be beyond repair or rewinding. When this occurs we will notify you with this information before any action is taken, and wait for your instructions. Shipping a motor back to you is an additional charge.
