The Sigma family of servomotors has taken the next technological step using high-resolution serial encoder feedback. Position information is transmitted to the amplifier allowing full error checking which eliminates position error caused by electrical noise and prevents runaway conditions. This all-digital feedback design enables the amplifier to automatically recognize the motor and optimize settings.

How to send your motor
Send your motor to us when you can, at the address below, with a printed copy of the repair form.
Packing & shipping
Be sure to pack your motor well and ship it to us. UPS or FedEx Ground are the most popular for motors under 100 pounds. Motors over 100 pounds can be shipped by carrier of your choice.
Insure your shipment. Please insure your package for the full value of your motor. Eurton Electric is not responsible for motors lost or damaged in shipping to our shop.
Payment
Payment by credit card when the motor is complete and ready to return. We will email you a payment link.

Occasionally, a motor may be beyond repair or rewinding. When this occurs we will notify you with this information before any action is taken, and wait for your instructions. Shipping a motor back to you is an additional charge.
